03 Feb Winter Season Tournament Attendance

The NYHL currently has no restrictions on where teams can play in tournaments for the Winter season. Coaches, parents and players must be aware and follow all provincial and federal regulations, especially regarding cross border travel. Teams entering a tournament must still give 5 weeks notice to the NYHL office for approval.

A reminder that during the NYHL playoffs, teams are still only permitted to attend a tournament within the GTA. NYHL playoff games must take precedence over any tournament games.

Tournaments are a big part of the minor hockey experience and we want to keep that opportunity available for all of our players and teams.
